In August 2010 a BEE transaction took place and now Wendile Investment Holdings, a 100% black-owned company, has a majority shareholding of Fima, making us a value adding company in terms of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. The principal shareholders of Wendile are Empowa Investments, represented by Molefi Madisikwane, Caesar Molebatsi and Abner Mariri.

Meet the shareholders
Caesar Molebatsi
Chairman
Caesar Molebatsi holds a Masters degree in Communications from Wheaton Graduate School. He founded and chairs the Accountability Institute which develops and implements social and ethical accountability frameworks in South Africa across all sectors.
Caesar is a Shareholder with Empowa that has equity in four separate ventures the most noteworthy being Empowa Grinaker-LTA.
Molefi Madisakwane
Director
In addition to sitting on the boards in which Empowa Investments holds an interest, Molefi is currently deployed as a marketing executive at INFRASET Railway Products, a division of Aveng Manufacturing.
He has a B Admin degree and a post -graduate diploma in management, his specialty being human resources. He also holds Programme in Business Leadership and Masters in Business Leadership qualifications
He began his career in 1991 at Old Mutual before moving to the Standard Bank. He was then appointed by KPMG as a transformation manager and later moved into a consulting position. Thereafter he joined KMMT as managing consultant of its organisational development unit.
In 2002 Molefi established his own company MKM Consulting before joining the Empowa Group to head its consulting division. He is well versed in organisation development, transformation, change management, business process improvement and strategy development, and acted as a consultant to several leading financial and public institutions
Abner Mariri
Director
Born and raised in Kwa-Thema on the East Rand of Gauteng, Abner left for the United States in 1983 and went on to obtain a degree in Science & Economics at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He worked in the US for a further seven years, training and speaking around the country. An educationalist, a Hollywood performer, a peacemaker, and now management consultant and dynamic speaker, Abner's passion is people and their development. He specialises in transformation, teamwork, productivity, empowerment, leadership & building self esteem. Abner is assigned to investment opportunities in the team.
